About Jenni…

Hi there, I’m Jenni…

I’m pleased to welcome you here. If you’re reading this, you’re most likely curious about reflexology and how I use it.

I found reflexology through my own experiences of stress and anxiety, and after discovering it worked wonders in rebalancing my nervous system, I immediately wanted to help other people feel the benefits.

I qualified as Level 5 reflexologist via the Wye Reflexology Academy and am a member of the Association of Reflexologists.

A Level 5 qualification means I had over 160 hours face to face teaching, I’m trained in many specialist techniques and had over 120 hours of treatments under my belt before starting to practice.

In line with the Association of Reflexologists guidelines and my own love of learning I will be researching and undertaking regular CPD courses, and will update my qualifications here.

Nature & Community

I draw inspiration and a feeling of connection from the beautiful coastal town where I live.

Spending time in nature is my superpower. I strive to make Air & Earth as eco-friendly as possible from the products I use, to the towels and equipment, even the laundry & electricity!

Whitstable has a wealth of wonderful community services, and one of those close to my heart is Revival Cafe and Mental Wellness Hub - where I will be volunteering time providing reflexology to those who may struggle to access it otherwise.

I love to find my own balance and wellness through running, cold-water swimming, hot yoga and paddleboarding with my son. I am also a new convert & student of meditation in its various forms.

Always happiest outside…
